OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH DOCTOR (OHD)
Job Descriptions :
- Monitoring and providing general care to patients and medical advisory to client’s organisation
- Making notes and preparing paperwork, both as a legal record of treatment and for the benefit of other healthcare professionals;
- Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the department
- Liaising with other medical and non-medical staff in the office to ensure quality treatment
- Conduct medical surveillance to protect workers exposed to, or likely to be exposed to, chemicals hazardous to health
- Carrying out health surveillance for employees who working at height and confined spaces, to ensure the health of workers involved is in the optimum condition both physically and mentally
- Ensure OHD registration with NIOSH is current and valid
- Carry out other duties from time to time as instructed by Chief Executive Director
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as medical doctor
- Recognised Medical Degree by Malaysia Medical Council
- Recognised Post graduate training in Occupational Health
- Full registration as Medical Doctor and OHD with relevant professional bodies
- Valid APC and OHD registration
