Account Assistant

Job Descriptions :

  • To provide admin / secretarial support for the Department when needed.
  • Assist in general accounting and day-to-day operations and activities of the Account Services.
  • Assist on ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks when assigned.
  • To handle full set of account.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma / Certificate in Administration or Accounting or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Candidate must be organized.
  • Good honest personality.
  • Able to work under stress and pressure.
  • Candidate must have good command in English.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience.
  • Relevant work experience in Hospital Enviroment would be an advantage.
