Human Resource Executive

Job Descriptions :

  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources Department including Recruitment, Payroll, Industrial Relations, Employment Act, Disciplinary Issues, Performance Appraisal, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefit.
  • To prepare the HR correspondence such as Appointment Letter, probation, staffs movements, resignation, termination of service and internal Memo
  • Monitor employees disciplinary issues such as follow up show cause, warning and termination
  • Conduct counselling, manage any performance and disciplinary issues when necessary
  • Maintain good filling systems and Human Resources records for easy retrieval purpose
  • To planning and implementation of policies that adheres to company and group objectives
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned from time to time
  • Act as mentor in proficiency of clinical nursing

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resources management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Requires working experience in the related field for this position
